Eternal Wines Carménère I always love the nose on our Carménère and this one is no different. Violets on the nose, with blackberry, blueberry, jammy huckleberry and chocolate tones. The body is full, giving you notes of cassis, white pepper, licorice, and blackberry. $34 Eternal Wines: DWS Cabernet Sauvignon Dark, rich fruit on the nose, followed by vanilla, black raspberry and black licorice. This wine has smooth toffee like tannins that lead the way for black cherry, ripe plum and clove. Naches Heights 2019 Tempranillo Tempranillo from the Columbia Valley AVA is dark, dank, rich and spicy with hints of leather, Tobacco and smoke. We believe this Spanish grape has a bright future in Washington, but we will let you be the judge! $26 Naches Heights 2019 Two Dancers Our everyday Red table wine dances with the richness of Syrah and Mourvedre. Lush and juicy this one is. An easy to drink fruit forward wine with bing cherry flavors followed in the mid palate by the earthiness and grit of Mourvedre, finishing nicely with a hint of leather, tobacco and blackberry fruit from the Syrah. Our blend is Syrah 64% and Mourvedre 36%. Enjoy the dance! $23 Naches Heights 2022 Can Can Can-Can is sure to please those of us who enjoy a flavorful dance on the tongue and in the mouth. This unique blend of Riesling and Pinot Noir exhibits notes of green apple, apricot and peach. The racing acidity of the Riesling is tamed by the Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir adds body and silky mouth feel. Off dry. Serve chilled. $16 Naches Heights 2022 Pinot Gris A beautiful example of Pinot Gris from one of the highest vineyard sites in Washington. Aromas of citrus, honeysuckle, peach and ripe pear in the front and mid palate combined with crisp flavors of apple with hints of melon in the finish make this a wonderful food wine or delightful by itself. $18
Quiddity 2019 Meliora 2019 MELIORA is a medium bodied Rhone style red blend, perfect for summer days, lighter foods, or on its own. It has a clean nose with aromas of red fruits, black tea, minerals and wet gravel. It has flavors of red fruits, herbs, mineral, tobacco, slate, and white pepper. MELIORA tastes like a late afternoon in an exotic land, rejuvenating at a small café after a day of exploring hidden alleys, air heavy with the smell of summer, cooled by an occasional breeze. $39 Quiddity 2020 Roussanne A rich and complex white with a full, round mouthfeel as well as a nice acid backbone. Aromas of tons of pears with honey, Myer lemon, marmalade, green apple, with hints of vanilla and apricot. Flavors of pears, pears, and more pears, Myer lemon, grilled pineapple, green apple, and marmalade with subtle mineral/slate undertones. $25 Quiddity 2021 Rosé of Mourvèdre This is a beautiful rose wine and has been quite popular with everyone who has tried it (except for my mother, not gonna lie). It is a dry rose with medium acid and a nose of white and black pepper, violet, and lots of strawberries. RISIBILITY has flavors of strawberries in balsamic vinegar, cherries, cherry-cola, and a slight finish of sweet tobacco and black tea. For me, this wine is the best of both worlds. All the liveliness, crispness, and freshness of a white wine with all of the complexity and funky edginess of Mourvedre. $25
Sin Banderas Port-Style Wine This wine weighs in at 18% alcohol and shows brilliant range on the nose from Christmas spice and bergamot notes alongside brandied cherry and suggestions of creosote. The palate is very well-balanced with a soft mouthfeel and a great mineral-backbone. I have very little doubt that this wine will get better and better as it ages. Try to resist this beauty for another year and enjoy over the next ten to fifteen years. -OB $42 Sin Banderas Riesling Made in the Trocken style, with a soft texture, this shows ripe peach, wet gravel, and green apple flavors. This is absolutely killer stuff that would pair beautifully with sushi. -OB $24 Sin Banderas Rosé Bright and lively, yet soft and round on the mouth, this offers pink bubblegum, red raspberry and wet stone character on the palate. Bone dry, with bright acidity, enjoy this beauty now in its youth while the sense of tension remains intact. -OB $19 Sin Banderas Syrah/Mourvèdre Red Blend Black tea, iodine, exotic spices and creme de violette all parade on the nose. Tinte 2020 Irish Eyes The 2020 Irish Eyes is our classic GSM red blend. Syrah is sourced from Dineen vineyard, and Grenache and Mourvèdre are sourced from Candy Mountain vineyard. The wine is immediately enticing with cherry blossom and ripe berry notes in the nose. A mouth-coating palate of fruit follows with ripe cherry, dark berry and cocoa notes. $48 Tinte 2022 Rosé of Counoise A classic dry Rosé Wine made from 100% Counoise, a relatively rare varietal known for amazing aromatics and tart fruit notes.
