This wine is a blend of Tempranillo and Syrah. It was made using a combination of direct press and the saignée method and vinified in stainless steel tanks. The juice is then allowed to ferment alone
at a low temperate (18-20°C/65-68°F) to preserve the maximum aroma.
A fresh rosé that is serious but quaffable, straightforward and with simple, clean aromas and flavors. Strawberries and cream, cherries, and watermelon are balanced with fresh herbs.
